I don't know how this place only has 3.5 stars. The pizza and wings are incredible. I've had Chicago deep dish pizzas before and none compare. The sauce was so flavorful. The wings were perfectly cooked and we loved the sauce. It's a must try.

Went to a favorite brewery in Louisville and decided to order pizza to go with the brews. Rosati's is based on the original from Chicago but, it's been so long since I lived there and had that pizza, I can't verify this was the same...the pizza, however, was delicious. I had the thin crust (don't get me wrong, Chicago style deep dish is amazing but, when you're having it with beer, it fills you up fast!) with green olive (most pizza places I have gone to here in CO don't offer them so, this was exciting for me), mushroom and... read more

I've been ordering from here since they opened. Had some rocky experiences that were always made right. Tonight....I ordered delivery. It was delivered before the quoted time and was off the charts delicious. So good.

I am so excited to have Rosati's in Colorado! This tastes exactly like it did in Illinois. Our favorite is the thin crust pepperoni- classic, and SO good!

I have tried a lot of different things on their menu, such as sandwiches, salads, a few different appetizers, pastas, and the deep dish/thin crust pizzas. Everything is absolutely delicious!! Great taste to everything, and nothing ever gets old!! Keep up the good work, and great recipes!!
