Horrible service! Was told my order would be 30-45 mins...upon arrival to establishment, 40 mins into the timeframe, my order was not even in the oven. WILL NEVER USE THEIR LOCATION AGAIN
This may have been the worst pizza order I've ever had Chicago deep dish tasted terrible the pizza was flat and the crust was burnt The wings had no sauce on them they're supposed to be barbecue just disappointed $45 I'm basically garbage I feel sick

I enjoy the pizza but this is the second time at this location that we ordered here and the service is horrible. I called today for pickup and was told 35-40 minutes. When I got there after 35 mins they said another 10 minutes....45 minutes later (total of 1 1/2 hrs!) I finally got my pizza but it was cold! I will being looking for another location. Pizza is great and being from Chicago originally I will continue to look for a Rosati's that can figure out how to get pizza out on time.

This location desperately needs to hire more employees for dinner rush time. 1hr25mins is pretty outrageous for a pickup order.
