Two stars is due to making two of my pizzas wrong charging a lot more than others and taking 1:15 min I will not be back god bless also I paid $7 tip for pick up because they took too long for delivery so I went to pick it up they said ahh we deserve a tip the $115 for 4 pizzas wasn't enough smh took forever wrong pizzas half measures a plenty I'm out please fix my grammatical errors

I love Rosati's pizza! It's the only pizza I buy here in Az. My family ordered a pizza about two weeks ago that was screwed up and I took picture and spoke with Tyler one of the owners. He quickly said he would take care and it for our next order. Fast forward next order the cashier was going to charge me 11 dollars to the comp pizza after Tyler said he'd remake the pizza and take care of it next time I order. I do give consideration for the current times that we live in however; I ordered a small pizza, mushrooms and wings. When I placed the order I was told approx 35 to 45 minutes. I called at 1 hour and 20 mins to be told "So sorry the driver just left and should be at your home any minute". Please note I live less than 1 mile from the restaurant. At the 2 hours mark, I called again. This time was told "there had been a mix up" and "sorry". Finally at 2 hrs and 5 mins since the order was originally place the food arrived. Pizz... read more

When I learned that this Rosati's had a new owner, I was optimistic. Unfortunately, I no longer am. We ordered here 3 times in the past month and not once did we have a good experience. Bad Quality pizza compared to other locations very poor service I would go to the other locations for better food
