When I learned that this Rosati's had a new owner, I was optimistic. Unfortunately, I no longer am. We ordered here 3 times in the past month and not once did we have a good experience. Each time, our order took over 1 1/2 hours to prepare. I am from Chicago and NEVER waited that long for an order there even if it included a deep dish pizza. As a Chicago native who has eaten Rosati's for years, first in Chicago and then when they started popping up in AZ, I have watched this place go down hill FAST! The orders are wrong at least half of the time, the Chicago stuffed pizza we just received didn't even have cheese on it (and half of it was supposed to be cheese only!!- literally dough and sauce) and they pizza doesn't even taste like Rosatis anymore! Today was the last time I will spend my money on this place! It's sad to say but Little Ceasars is better than this... read more

This place is a joke. The food is over priced and the service is horrible. My boyfriend and I decided to go here for a date and it was a disaster from the beginning. We were treated like we were a wast of time. The girl who took our order was rude and acted like she wanted to be anywhere but at work. About 20 min after we ordered we were given the wrong pizza. Horrible service and pizza. It's unfortunate places like this continue to take people's money. After waiting an hour and a half for our pizza since they apparently lost it the pizza was cold and had no cheese. The crew working messed up order after order when we were there. Don't waste your money the quality control and service are a diseaster.
