I'd give them less stars if I could!!! Their service is terrible. I ordered a pizza and wings on New Years Day at 6:45pm. They didn't deliver it until just before 8:30!! I called them at 7:45 and they said it would be another 15mins. They said they were so busy they couldn't keep up. I don't care how busy they were. No compensation, just a sorry we were very busy. I ordered a pizza at 7:30 pm and I'm still waiting as of 10pm. Spoke with manager Hannah I believe, she literally hung up on me with no pizza to be delivered. I am sick with cancer and did not feel like cooking tonight. As a executive corporate chef who has been in the industry for 20 plus years this was seriously the worse customer service I have ever received. Horrible service! Was told my order would be 30-45 mins...upon arrival to establishment, 40 mins into the timeframe, my order was not even in the oven. WILL NEVER USE THEIR LOCATION AGAIN

This may have been the worst pizza order I've ever had Chicago deep dish tasted terrible the pizza was flat and the crust was burnt The wings had no sauce on them they're supposed to be barbecue just disappointed $45 I'm basically garbage I feel sick
