We used to eat here once a week. Since the new ownership took over the quality of the food is poor at best. Not to mention the attention to detail. In our last visit, we received our dough nuggets swimming in oil. Not realizing that there was a river inside the box it got all over the seat of the car. Last straw as this sums up the operations mentality.

I'd give them less stars if I could!!! Their service is terrible. I ordered a pizza and wings on New Years Day at 6:45pm. They didn't deliver it until just before 8:30!! I called them at 7:45 and they said it would be another 15mins. They said they were so busy they couldn't keep up. I don't care how busy they were. No compensation, just a sorry we were very busy. Their website said it would take 45mins to get my pizza. They told me they couldn't change the time on the website. That's just what it always says. They should've... read more

I am sick with cancer and did not feel like cooking tonight. As a executive corporate chef who has been in the industry for 20 plus years this was seriously the worse customer service I have ever received. Horrible service! Was told my order would be 30-45 mins...upon arrival to establishment, 40 mins into the timeframe, my order was not even in the oven. WILL NEVER USE THEIR LOCATION AGAIN
