BEWARE!!! Rosati's pizza prices are deceptive, bait and switch and false advertisement. The prices on Rosati's website is NOT what they charge when you pick up at their restaurant location. See attached pictures of the different prices. I was confused when the price was higher when I picked it up so I asked for the Manager to honor the website price. He refused to make the price adjustment because their was a price increase. You would think that keeping a long time customer was worth a $3.95 adjustment. So exam your receipt... read more

Great food! Poor customer service and bad management. We placed an order with Uber Eats and items were missing from the order. I called the store and they don't seem to care in the slightest. No options to resolve the problem even though it was 100% their fault... NOT Uber's. There are many ways to keep a regular customer happy but the manager obviously does not know any of them. Great food! Poor customer service and bad management. We placed an order with Uber Eats and items were missing from the order. I called the store and they don't seem to care in the slightest. Rosati's deep dish is dead. I'm from the Chicago area so finding a good pizza was important when I moved to AZ 25 years ago. Rosati's was great. Tempe location was great. The Chandler location went down hill (burnt pizza, etc). Then they closed. I waited eagerly for them to reopen. Ordered last night. First surprise.....deep dish only offered in 10 and 14 inch (14 inch $19.99 BEFORE toppings). They say it feeds 4-5 people. MAYBE 4. $10 more for 4 toppings. Sad....it's now more of a thick crust than a deep dish. The outer cr... read more

I arrived at my pickup time to pickup my order. I was told it was not ready and proceeded to wait 25 minutes. It was actually sitting in the warmer. No apology. By the time I got home my order was cold and incorrect. I realize these are difficult times, but for the price they charge, getting the order correct would've been nice.

Two stars is due to making two of my pizzas wrong charging a lot more than others and taking 1:15 min I will not be back god bless also I paid $7 tip for pick up because they took too long for delivery so I went to pick it up they said ahh we deserve a tip the $115 for 4 pizzas wasn't enough smh took forever wrong pizzas half measures a plenty I'm out please fix my grammatical errors
