Preordered pizza at 3pm for delivery at 5:30 pm got the pizza at 6:30pm cold.. we paid 45.00 plus for a pizza and salad the salad was better then the pizza very disappointed. I called to check on the pizza they told me they were so busy then tell me you can't deliver better then delivering a cold pizza. Never ordering again from here. Poor delivery guy was so overwhelmed he had eight pizzas in his car and they will all be cold by the time he delivers them

Negative 5 stars Ordered a sausage and black olive pizza and was sent a pepperoni and black olive pizza.... No biggie I thought so I called them to explain what happened and request the pizza we ordered. Even offered to send back the incorrect pizza but they declined (understandable) I sat on hold a long time and finally the person I was speaking to returned and offered to remake the pizza AT MY COST?! I asked how this was any different than sending the pizza back if we dinned in.... Jill "the manager" then so kindly offered... read more

Ordered via GrubHub...arrived over 30 minutes lates (Rosati's delivers their own orders) and multiple missing items. One family member didn't get anything they ordered. The onion rings are greasy and soggy. The thick pizza dough was under cooked. Will not order again.

Worst customer service we've experienced at a restaurant ever!! This was our first time visiting Rosati's, and unfortunately probably our last. Usually we're not picky about pizza but when you bring out an entirely different one than we order, it's a bit upsetting. Then management literally does nothing to justify the situation we left only eating 2 slices and the remaining pizza on the table. The manager, Jill didn't even offer to remake our pizza for us or give us a refund for their error.
