Jonathan is the BEST vet tech there is. He is extremely knowledgable and you can tell he loves and enjoys what he does. He very kind and always helps the best he can. Dr. Hocher is very good too. They both do an awesome job and I trust both my Yorkies with them. I've had an issue with another vet tech there but everyone else there makes up for it. I have been taking Harley, my Boxer to RRAH for the last 7 years. Dr Sundbeck is great and his entire staff is as well. I like the coservative approach and care Harley has always received. I would not consider taking her anywhere else.

You won't find a better animal clinic! My family has seen Dr. Sundbeck for 22 years and they have always been fantastic. My dog still doesn't like going there, but I always feel good about the care that he gets. Jonathan is the best tech around! We had a dog that was a victim of the China dog food poisoning and suffered from kidney failure. We spent a lot of time up at the clinic. Dr. Sundbeck was so good to us during that time. Originally referred to RRAH from a friend, I've been coming here since I adopted my dog in July. The staff and doctors are friendly, courteous and have the ability to keep your dog at ease. My dog is seen by Dr. Bohmfalk.

My family has been using Dr. Sunbeck for 20 years now. The entire staff is very professional and truly care not only about the pet but about the owners. Unfortunately, we have had to have two dogs put down with them and each time they have handled the issue with such sensitivity and concern. Dr. Sunbeck is also quite the treat giver. My dogs love going there because they know they can just sit there for 20 minutes and be pet the whole time while given treats. It's a great place and I won't ever go anywhere else.

Dr. Hocher and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I've been taking my dog Clipford there since the spring and every time I go, they answer every question I have fully and completely and give me lots of options on how to handle a situation. Even taught me how to clip his nails so I don't have to pay them to do it if I don't want to. Clipford isn't nearly as nervous going to RRAH as he was to the other vet, either. What else could you ask for?

I've brought all 3 of my dogs here and even my pet hedgehog when I had one (she had the sniffles). The front staff is super friendly and often like to come around to give the dogs a scratch behind the ear. Aside from the routine vaccinations and check ups, I have had to bring my dogs in for other issues ranging from a spaying, an ear infection follow up, sprained leg and also stitches on a paw pad. My low rating is primarily due to my experiences with portions of the front desk staff. While I have only visited this clinic a handful of times, I have witnessed behavior from two employees that I found unprofessional and lacking in empathy. On more than one occasion, I overheard negative comments being made under their breath about clients and their pets -- comments that were clearly within earshot. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. Their reception people are extremely rude, especially Amber. She has zero customer care experience and talks to you like you are nothing. Stay away from this place. I'm moving me pets to another vet where they will treat me like a person.
