I dropped my dog Ben off monday morning at 7am and they were already crazy busy. Even with the staff obviously stressed they were still extremely courteous. Dr. Hocher ( I think that is spelled right, my apologies if not ) called me this afternoon letting me know everything went well. I can't recommend this place enough. It's a very nice facility and the cost of the procedures justifies itself. 5 stars across the board. I will be going here from now on.
I had to make the phone call that no pet owner ever wants to make yesterday (to schedule to euthanize our 11 year old dog). I've been through this process many years before (somewhere else), and frankly, the other experience was far from great. The RR Animal Hospital staff was compassionate, understanding, and so polite through the whole process. Now, the reason I'm writing this 5-star review is because our dog was such an important part of our lives, and I didn't want him to suffer. I was given a blanket to lay with my dog... read more
They are great! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur kids. Truly gentle loving people here. It's comforting to know I can trust them. Thank you RRAH!
This is the ONLY place that I take my fur babies to for vet care. Everyone involved in this practice is super nice, courteous, compassionate and respectful. We have been going to RRAH for nearly 10 years now (since we moved to Austin area) and I have never had the level of care anywhere else than here. The doctors are all wonderful and thorough but never do tests or labs just for the sake of it. And every time we have lost one of our babies, they send us a sweet card. RRAH is simply the best!!!
My pets and I have been coming to Round Rock Animal Hospital for about 10 years, through good times and bad. The staff has always been wonderful, helpful and absolutely the best Vets I have ever been to. I can't say enough about this place. Very happy to have found them. :)
This is the best vet's office I've ever visited. The front desk staff and vet tech were so friendly and accommodating, and made me feel immediately at ease (I always get anxious about doctor's offices, for me or for my pets). Dr. DeCiero was so wonderful, and she gave us hope for the improvement of our dog's condition that we didn't previously have. The visit was also affordable and they were understanding of our financial predicament and prescribed a generic medication. It's a huge relief to know that I've found a permanent... read more
I brought my 2 dogs (a 5 year old bulldog and 2 year old Boston Terrier) here to be fixed and to have their vaccinations done this week. I was very concerned about finding a place that would take excellent care of my boys and to avoid post-surgical complications with these breeds - Round Rock Animal Hospital was an excellent choice. I was called right after surgery and given a very detailed and reassuring update on how things went. I called back later in the day to check on things, and they welcomed me to call again before ... read more
I've been coming here for over 5 years with my dog and most recently with my puppy. The staff is amazing! Very personable, caring and compassionate about the level of service they provide. They always take the time to answer all your questions and you never feel rushed out the door. They work with you about your options and what is affordable trying to take care of your pet and get them back to 100%. The front staff is great about answering the phone, scheduling and getting you checked in and out. The vet tech return call pr... read more
I highly recommend trusting this practice with your pets. Our family has been with them for 14+ years. Dr. Hocher has taken excellent care of not just our pets, but our hearts in the hard times. All staff over the years seem to love and care about the pets and the owners. We are grateful that we can always trust them to do what is right for our pets.
