My pets and I have been coming to Round Rock Animal Hospital for about 10 years, through good times and bad. The staff has always been wonderful, helpful and absolutely the best Vets I have ever been to. I can't say enough about this place. Very happy to have found them. :)

This is the best vet's office I've ever visited. The front desk staff and vet tech were so friendly and accommodating, and made me feel immediately at ease (I always get anxious about doctor's offices, for me or for my pets). Dr. DeCiero was so wonderful, and she gave us hope for the improvement of our dog's condition that we didn't previously have. The visit was also affordable and they were understanding of our financial predicament and prescribed a generic medication. It's a huge relief to know that I've found a permanent... read more

I brought my 2 dogs (a 5 year old bulldog and 2 year old Boston Terrier) here to be fixed and to have their vaccinations done this week. I was very concerned about finding a place that would take excellent care of my boys and to avoid post-surgical complications with these breeds - Round Rock Animal Hospital was an excellent choice. I was called right after surgery and given a very detailed and reassuring update on how things went. I called back later in the day to check on things, and they welcomed me to call again before ... read more

I've been coming here for over 5 years with my dog and most recently with my puppy. The staff is amazing! Very personable, caring and compassionate about the level of service they provide. They always take the time to answer all your questions and you never feel rushed out the door. They work with you about your options and what is affordable trying to take care of your pet and get them back to 100%. The front staff is great about answering the phone, scheduling and getting you checked in and out. The vet tech return call pr... read more

I highly recommend trusting this practice with your pets. Our family has been with them for 14+ years. Dr. Hocher has taken excellent care of not just our pets, but our hearts in the hard times. All staff over the years seem to love and care about the pets and the owners. We are grateful that we can always trust them to do what is right for our pets.

As a preface, let me say that my husband and I tend to foster and adopt health-challenged dogs that require more care and more difficult diagnoses than just an annual checkup. We've taken medical foster dogs to various vets as dictated by the foster group. Our personal pets have had thyroid problems, cancer, heart failure, ACL tear, bad teeth, unbelievably severe allergies--I could probably go on for a while. Suffice it to say, we take vet care seriously, and we know what makes a good, bad, or "okay" vet. So it should mean ... read more

Our 1 year old Retriever Mix had bladder stones, our other vet wasn't cutting it, so we were referred to RRAH. Overall, experience has been good. I was a little disappointed it took so long to finally get a diagnosis for her bladder stones, although, every vet we talked to stated that would be very unlikely for her age, even though it turned out to be the problem. They did a great job with her surgery to remove them and the price for it all came out more reasonable than I thought. We were quoted around $1000 total for surger... read more

Everything here is wonderful, except for Lori the lady at the front. The couple times I have been here she hasn't had a friendly personality. She cuts you off in the middle of you telling her the issue with your pet, and she just has a really unwelcoming demeanor. I sat by and watched her interrupt a couple of ppl recently. The lady came to sit beside me, and I asked her if it was just me or if she thought Lori was rude. She told me it wasn't just me, but that she noticed and didn't appreciation being interrupted in the... read more
