Absolutely our favorite in Reno. This time we had a 14oz bone-in filet. It was cooked to order for each of us...and delicious. Escargot was terrific. The wine list is impressive, with selections for special occasions as well as respectable, affordable finds. The service is the best anywhere, from the young lady who brings a basket of warm breads to your table, to the bus person who keeps your water always filled, to the attentive and personable wait person. They work hard here to make sure you always have a special meal.
Don't miss their bacon cheese bread!
What a great restaurant. The menu and food was terrific. We had a party of 8, and table was in an area of the restaurant which was not noisy, allowed everyone to talk and hear each other. Ambiance was terrific, food was great and a really nice wine list. Went back next night as well for dinner. Great food, great wines, great service! Get the souffle desserts - all are wonderful! Also a great bar with entertainment at night. Highly recommend going for dinner and drinks.
Great place.... just wish the dinner happy hour offered more. They told us it was only martinis.
Outstanding restaurant with great ambiance and the best waiters and MaitreD ever. Don't be afraid that this restaurant is in a Casino, it is definitely one of the best in Reno.
What a wonderful experience. We had 10 for dinner. They sat us at a huge round table in our own area and it was great for conversation. Service was great and when we requested separate couple checks they were very acomodating. We had a show to attend so they were were mindful of our timing too. I would high recommend this wonderful place. It was everyone's first time there too so we'll all probably go back.
Fantastic dining! The martinis are wonderful and the early bird dinner is a great bargain. The filet mignon melts in your mouth... by far the best restaurant of this type in downtown Reno. We never pass up Roxie's whenever we're at the ElDorado.

I love dining at the Roxy... we usually have a great experience but I think it is because we usually sit in the wine room. We sat near the kitchen area where the room has tiled floors and a rounded ceiling... it was not a great experience. We could hardly hear each other and the ambience was far from good. Now, the food and service on the other hand is always AMAZING.
