Absolutely incompetent company! Check all reviews. After 2 1/2 years we are still dealing with problems on 1 of 5 units replaced. Drains installed wrong to this day! Heading does not work! Wires have been pulled out and not connected! Duct work all coming apart were they connected it. Ceilings flooded 4 times! Drains placed into the cavity that is created in a brick wall. Allowed to just run where ever it chooses the path of least resistance. May need to resort to legal action once and for all!

7 days without air conditioner- took 4 days for employee to send report to our warranty company- which in turn was the reasoning behind not having air for so long. Double charged- only noticed by us reviewing our bank statement. Air went out again not even a week after first repair— and technician sent out was not able to tell us what was wrong- but assured us it would be working. Now with cold weather we have not been able to run it- but we shall see.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and the installers were awesome! I gave those to a five star rating. The office on the other hand is less than adequate and failed to follow through or return calls. I requested a manual for my two units and have never received it. I also asked for an invoice for the serial numbers to keep in my files. My units were installed the last of July and after two months of trying to get an invoice I called my salesman and he sent me a copy. I still do not have manuals for my trane units.
