They installed my AC unit in 2017. It's supposed to have a 10 year warranty from them. Recently it stopped working so I called them. They made me pay a service fee $89.00 even though the unit was under warranty. Then they didn't have an appointment for 3 week. Three weeks later they showed up and told me the unit was damaged by the guys that cut the lawn so they were not responsible. They wanted me to pay and extra $150 for them to repair it. I appreciate your update emails. I have a problem and I don’t know if you can help or refer me. I live in a split level home with zoned air/heat and 2 air conditioning units. After having air conditioning issues, we hired Royal Air Houston to install new unit. We were told by the rep that the single unit would accommodate both floors. The unit only works on the upper level. We have no heat or air on bottom level. In addition, the system had several gas leaks that had to be addressed by the repairman. Zero stars! This AC company is completely unethical! Sales person John 7137074998 took advantage and scammed elders. Charged $8300 to replace coil and condenser. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

First of all your technician lied and then sent your representative to tell me that I need an entire new system because they quit making the Freon that my system requires 18 months ago. I guess it did not occur to him that I would goggle that. Second of all, I already had a technician prior to your arrival tell me what was wrong, I was just going through the home warranty to get it repaired. I'm very disappointed this company tried to scam me with fraudulent photos that wasn't my AC unit. The technician came out very polite however he was the first one to began with the scam and he then sent to my home another guy with another company nearly talked me into 13,000$ rental contract for a new unit. Insisted he made the down payment for me to get the new system I needed. I didn't proceed with the deal and got a second opinion there was never any mold and certainly wasn't a leak in my AC unit.

The Technician Named Preston B came today in my house without prior calling me Or letting me ahead of time not emailing me that their coming today. They violated COVID-19 safety measures and unprofessional giving notes to my old father-in-law for recommendation but not the homeowners. He never checked or tested our system either. I wanted to replaced my whole system but this company never treated us well.

I had my system installed by Royal Air less than 3 years ago. They told me at time of install that I had a 10 year parts and labor warranty. A week ago, my $10k unit stopped working. I was given an appointment time an entire week later! In the middle of July Texas heat mind you. Also, I was mandated to pay a $75 service fee before Royal Air would take my appointment (even though I was never told anything about a service fee with my warranty, and their website specially states "No Service Fee with repair"). Had a new unit installed last September, not even a year and the unit is freezing up, not cooling house. Receptionist is very rude and hung up on me. She stated that I HAVE TO PAY them before they would even make an appointment to come out and diagnos or fix this issue. I got a 3 year maintenance 10 year warranty. The unit should not be having issues this soon if someone could please get in touch with me at rowelsh1382@gmail.com I need this issue resolved. Next step is my lawyer.........

Terrible install, they dont show up on time or at all for future appointments to fix their install mistakes and the customer service is worst in the south! These reviews are lies and stacked to make them seem like something they aren't, this is a terrible company!
