He told us we needed a new AC we lost our house in flood the inside was shot and cost more replace coils and Freon was no longer made. I called Ins. they had no report yet so they called him he said yes New AC. He repeatedly called us that day to bring new AC. i told him we needed to price around and talk about it. So he sends ins. report says new coils? Would he have done this if we told him to bring new AC?

Terrible brand new ac installed 6 weeks ago not installed properly suppository 24 hours service no answer on Sunday or after hours different technicians who don’t even read their not to fix the problem no call back finally left work early for today appointment scheduled at 4 pm one call they were behind the schedule promised again it’s going to be tonight and now 950pm no show no call no voice mail and no answer on that supposedly 24 hours service run away

Poor experience overall. Took multiple tries to get HVAC system installed properly (even after a year). Did not follow through on scheduled appointments (once they didn’t show up for an appointment but still sent a survey to ask.how the appointment was). Never will use them again.

I had my AC go out. These guys came out and told me my AC would have to be replaced in the next year. I got a new unit. I was told my monthly payment would be around $140. They installed the into the next day. Still haven’t signed any paperwork on the specifics. Young man said he’d be back out. Never saw him. Now getting stuff in the mail...info, bills, etc.... Funny how I’m getting stuff in the mail but still haven’t signed anything.

Sent someone out to check on heating unit, because fan would not shut off. Your technician stepped through the ceiling, and left without mentioning it. When we discovered what had happened, we spoke with Paul Jones with Royal Air and was told they would schedule someone to come out and fix the ceiling. That was 2 weeks ago, and have not been contacted again! Can't say I would recommend them.

Two problems . First Poor installation of new roof top units led to leakage inside the home.Delay in addressing the problem created by the installer created water damage in the home.Second , No load analysis to determine A/c requirements needed inside of home led to over tonnage of AC needed to heat and cool the home. Problems cited above have not been resolved

Worst service of any company I have ever worked with. Never calls back. Mises appointments. No one cares. Months later no resolution and no one calls. Don't ever use.

Royal Air is the most incompetent bunch of guys that I have ever seen. They came out to do a Fall checkup and burnt up 2 control boards. They rewired the unit 3 times. 8 weeks later, they finally got it fixed. Rheem could have cared less about helping to resolve the issue. It all started when the unit was installed incorrectly, and that’s another story of gross incompetence.
