I am very disapointed with y'alls service. I had my HVAC ystem replaces on tuesday. My house is not cooling off. I keep getting the run around about when y'all will come out to fix my A.C. Someone was supposes to come out yesterday morning. I took off work to be there and no one showed up until 7:30 pm. My A.C. is still not blowing cold and now my family is having to leave my house because it is too hot. My 6 month old baby is sweating inside the house and keeps spitting up because of the heat. Houston Air Comfort (also doing business as Royal Air) fell through my roof months ago from the 2nd story, damaged our furniture on the first floor and the items on the furniture. Houston Air Comfort (also doing business as Royal Air) left the entire insulation from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor, left all the broken glass for me to clean up including the sheetrock hanging from the ceiling and what had fallen on the floor and on the furniture! The company actually stated to me: Gloria Garcia 4:11 PM (28 minutes ago) to me, Leslie Again, per your contract with First American, as a home owner, you are responsible for providing a safe work environment for technicians for any work provided in your home. The negligence on your part caused long term injury to our technician. THIS IS ACTUALLY RIDICULOUS TO STATE THAT THIS IS MY FAULT! This company has been the worst I've ever experienced. We bought a new ac/heating system in 2016. Ever since we have had problems and they always come up with a bunch of excuses but still we have repeated problems. It's always supposedly fixed, after of course we've paid the $69 service fee. Well the latest has put me at the end of my patience level. Friday 9/20, we woke up to nothing but hot air blowing from vents. David showed up on time but was very abrupt and I thought rude. He was here less than 10 minutes. I asked him if I maybe had a leak in my units. His answer yeah. He seemed to have a chip on his shoulders from the time I opened the door. I went thru my warranty company to get this appointment. I have never encountered such a rude tech coming into my home. Royal Air repairmen David and Damian were excellent. However, the overall experience of our repair was a 2.5 week frustrating experience. George was offensive in trying to sell us a new system instead of explaining the repairs needed and letting us decide which option to go with and how to spend our money. After we refused to buy a new system, they wouldn't communicate with us and we were stuck with Royal Air due to this being a home warranty claim. I can't say enough bad things about Royal Air Houston. I filed a claim with First American when my a/c wasn't blowing cold air. I was assigned Royal Air Houston. I can live with them being ridiculously late with the time they came to the house (I had a 8am-1pm time window and when I called at 1pm they said I had a 1-6PM time window. This is completely incorrect and I have the email to prove it - according to online reviews this is a common tactic of Royal Air).
