Set up appointment time. Appt. time came and went with no contact from Royal. Called them, they said 30 minutes for tech to arrive. That was over an hour and 1/2 ago and still no tech or phone call.

We still have problems with our cooling system, the actual a/c unit outside makes the crazies and loudest noises. I've tried contacting them to tell them but I never hear back. To this day they haven't been able to resolve issues we've had from the first time they installed it. Bad service.

I was charged for services I didn't receive. I had a family emergency and had to leave. I received a bill in the mail. Hope no one in your family dies.

I have an air conditioning system that I paid $8,000 in August of 2017 to be installed. The installation did not go well. The ductwork that was supposed to be replaced was not replaced even though I was told on two separate occasions that it had been replaced. Because of this the old ductwork continue to sweat and flooded my attic and walls with water. When people come here I have paid for things that weren't done, not very thorough never go check the condenser!

I have not had service in a year, the last two times I have secluded service they never showed up an yet you said they did, they signed my name, not me!

Royal air is honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They never call back, miss appointments and just plain don't care. They completely ignored my calls and problem and it still is not fixed and I expected never will be. Absolutely horrible.

Absolutely incompetent company! Check all reviews. After 2 1/2 years we are still dealing with problems on 1 of 5 units replaced. Drains installed wrong to this day! Heading does not work! Wires have been pulled out and not connected! Duct work all coming apart were they connected it. Ceilings flooded 4 times! Drains placed into the cavity that is created in a brick wall. Allowed to just run where ever it chooses the path of least resistance. May need to resort to legal action once and for all!
