Disappointed. Had problems with my Infotainment systems since initial purchase. Took in for a recall repair and asked if they could update the software. They assured me they did, but they did not. Looks like this is a known issue for sometime. If it was a problem or they couldn't do it, all they had to do was say no. Why would they lie about it? Lost credibility.
Love my new Honda Pilot. Patrick was amazing to work with. Shortly after I purchased he moved to the Service side and he was wonderful to work with on my 1st service trip as well. Well they took apart my dash and did not put it back together correctly , so i let Patrick know and he stated they would correct on my next visit. We brought our car to Royal for an oil change and tire rotation. We noticed that our wheel key lock was not returned and called Royal twice and left a message with the call center and never received a return call. We then emailed the GM and Service Manger to discuss the issue and still have not gotten any acknowledgment from anyone at Royal. It has been over 2 weeks since our initial phone call. I had a terrible experience with the service department at RoyalHonda. I brought in my Ridgeline for an issue with the camshaft and had to constantly follow up with them for two months just to get a response. The head of the service department initially said that the issue was a known manufacturing defect, but later denied it when I reported it to Honda corporate.
