I received an email with service specials so I called to schedule an appointment. Was transferred to service department to make an appointment. A “live” person answers the phone so I tell him I want to make appointment for oil change. That service department transfers me to another person. Stay on hold for a while before I got switched to voicemail. I then left message for someone to call me back and then NO ONE returns my car! All I wanted was to bring my new Passport in for first service. I like to service with a dealer, the same dealer, for the life of the car. OMG good luck. Called three different days. Was transferred several times. Couldn't get answers to what is needed. Had an offsite person I think. Called back today no one available and no one to take my number and call back. Based on phone service I may have avoided a bigger headache. Next.
Went to this dealership on a Saturday morning 10am appointment. Found a car, worked out a deal. Our salesman said that the finance manager went to lunch and once everything was worked out we would hear back on MONDAY. If I was holding my breath I’d be dead. Had an oil change appointment for 9:45 arrived at 9:40 never left until 11:45. I was told I might need tire rotation upon arrival and they would come to the waiting area to let me know. No one never came to me. After waiting for an hour and a half I asked what’s the status of my car only to be told it’s in the air being worked on. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time they apologized and offered me a senior citizen discount. I won’t be back to be offered bad service.

Went to Royal because we were told, after we had a problem fixed, that we needed to get our transmission and brakes flushed. He made a point to tell us that we needed to make it soon before the warranty expired. Made the appointment, brought the car in only to be told after the work was done that it cost $422.11. Lost my cool and was able to negotiate it for half that amount...I would walk than get me car fixed at Royal again!!!!!!!!
One of there techs cross threaded three studs on my front passenger side. I had to pay to fix this. I called to complain,including corporate, and no one bothered to call me back. The only way to cross thread a stud and not putting them on by hand first. This is basic 101 mechanics. What kind of techs are they hiring.
Worked with Joey in their service department today. Brought in our 2013 Pilot for a oil change, airbag recall fix, and another service item that was covered under the extended warranty. He handled it all like a pro. Glad we have a new home for our Honda service.
