Very Disappointed In the service Department. I had a appointment set for weeks and when i arrived I was informed that the parts were never ordered. *No call - Zero communication! Wow, what a HUGE waste of time!

I had a terrible car buying experience at Royal Honda. With this chip shortage due Covid-19, I had to wait approximately 2 weeks for the delivery of a CR-V after finance and price negotiations or really the lack there of due to short supply. Upon delivery of the vehicle it was discovered that the finance terms were not going to be as agreed, not a result of my excellent credit. This came with an additional cost of $600 to me. Avoid wrecking my suv when brought in for a recall . Keep promises made to make it right .
Brought my brand new Accord in without an appointment as i was hearing a funny noise. When told it was a brand new vehicle, they immediately got the service manager to come out and take a look. Within 15 minutes they diagnosed a small rock stuck in the brake rotor of my tire. Drove out of there noise free in about 30 minutes. I’ll be back for all my service needs. Thanks Royal Honda!
Never had service that would complain about from Royal. Today a different story. No communication and when I approached the service team they seemed annoyed. Car has been having stalling issues, which is a common complaint as per internet. Told service guy I need to leave, still waiting on my car 40 minutes later. Never had to wait this long here before, I’ve been here for almost 3 and half hours. They seem like they have overbooked.
Waited 2 hours and had to ask rep how much longer! They couldn’t find paperwork. Was afraid the couldn’t find my car. A year ago they told me I needed a new battery. I said, No. this year still on same battery and they tell me my battery is good. I wonder if they perform the service they are asked to do? I’m having someone else to check my car for the new filters they were to replace and check the new oil they were supposed to change. And I was stupid enough to pay for a service contract when I bought the car in 2016... read more
