We brought our 2016 Honda Pilot (mileage 50K) in for a air conditioner problem. They quoted us a service price of $6600 with an after-compressor. The service was declined and we were able to find a reputable local shop that did the work in one day for $2500.

This is an update on the previous review I posted a few weeks ago about Royal Honda owing me my refund on a deposit and refusing to pay it. I received a phone call a week or two ago from Royal Honda as a response to my previous review, but they made one of their employees call me; he wasn't a salesman or a manager. Dishonest finance officers and salesman! They are smooth though. They will sell you crap (contracts) that duplicates what you already have through insurance and others like AAA. It took me a year to figure out how they screwed me over. They won’t return calls when they know they have dishonestly mis-lead a customer. I’ve always heard that a female should never go to purchase a car without knowledge and/or a male who is as knowledgeable as the salesman and finance officers. 👎🏽
I was lied to about the condition of the CRV I bought. It wasn’t until I pulled the Carfax to sell the car that I discovered the 3 SEVERE accidents the car had when their, as they told me, finance manager owned it.
