Not everybody that goes there gets a good deal or any deal at all, always look elsewhere
Went to get my tire fixed and had an appointment for 945 and still waited over two and a half hours. The service department really not on the ball. I would not recommend going get Your Honda fixed here unless you have all day to do it.
Have been waiting for 4 hours at the service center for a repair that was to take just a couple of hours
I'm very disappointed by the experience I had today in the service department. When I purchased my Pilot from Royal Honda 3 years ago, I had such a pleasant experience with Danny Nuccio, that I had high expectations for my first visit to the service department. I visited last week because my door locks were malfunctioning. I was told to schedule an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait long to get my car checked. So that's what I did. Alton Clivens was a very disrespecful salesman and very unprofessional. When i was there everyrhing went well until it was time to discuss the offer. This was a terrible experience. Im glad i found another dealership that was more respectful and professional.
They had my car for a recall repair. They pestered me for my email address, after I told them I was not going to give it to them. They kept my car for hours on a Saturday and did not even offer me a courtesy vehicle. When I went to pick it up, they could hardly be bothered to speak directly to us, it was "all ready to go" but I still spent about 20 minutes waiting for them to bring it around. And it wasn't busy, so that wasn't the reason. I will never do anything with them again
RecommendedI went to bring my moms car in for an oil change and everything went awesome. Only took 45 min and Kortney kept me posted on everything. Two thumbs up from me.
This was by far the worst experience I have had with a Honda Service shop. I have had a few bad ones with Premiere over the years however I was usually able to work those problems with the service manager. This is the first time I have ever been yelled at by a service manager and told to bring the car back to where I bought it and never bring it back here. Well, congratulations Mr. Glen. Terrible service department and careless mechanics. Make customer pay for their careless mechanics mistakes in terms of safety, time and money. All representatives forward your phone call to their Manager who never answers his phone nor reply your voice mails. Long waiting time once you are in there and pay for their mistakes by missing your work hours. Will Not recommend to anyone.
