Royal Honda my family has been doing business with you since the 80s and my brother brought his car in to you and you claimed you fixed it and he wasn't even out of the parking lot and his car stopped on him again y'all refused to fix it without getting paid again for something you were paid for in the first place you have been holding his car hostage for months and it's sad cause we purchased all our Hondas from you and this is the customer service loyal customers receive?
