This service department is beyond appalling. They're abusive to their customers. They damage property. And when you leave a negative review they block you so that your negative review doesn't show up on their page. They did $1000 in damage to a Honda Accord that was brought in last week. They have told the owner she asked them to break her door which false. They then told the other dealership she did the damage herself. She was called a disgusting name by an employee at Royal Honda. I just want my oil change, I stayed on hold forever and called back they were closed. I tried booking over the Internet ,no appointments available at all . I will try to call in the morning if I have the same experience I will drive to Baton Rouge or covington if I have to because that means like all the other post "service here is horrible ". I mean yea if buying the service is great!
The service department is terrible. I dropped my car off In the morning. I called several hours later to see if it was ready and was told that they couldn't find my car. So I got a ride there I could see my car parked up front. They had checked me in under the completely wrong name and car. I drive a Honda Pilot and they had me under an accord. So the oil change was done but not my headlight. So you would think that when they did the oil change the idiots would have seen it was a pilot not an accord. The costumer service was... read more
It's ridiculous when you call about your recall on the airbag and either one you have to leave a message or the person you speak to has an attitude. I Called about this over 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything. Y'all tell me make sure no one rides in your passenger side or it could cause death but won't provide me with a rental. The people and rude there and it's ridiculous.
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SHARE! I have been going to Royal Honda of Metairie since 2009 since I've purchased my accord coupe. May 28th of 2016 is the last day my vehicle will ever go there for anything. I should of stopped years ago after continually being charged for oil changes, transmission fluid changes, etc without even asking for it. Booked a routine maintenance over the phone for 8am this morning. Arrived to an awkward service rep who's greeting was "hi................ Can I help you?" To which I responded, "Yes, I have an 8am appointment." After then walking away without words, he confirmed my appointment. I asked how long it would take and he said "a few hours."
