I made a purchase of 2500 hundreds of dollars for a 6pcs set not including the high interest in small letters that are not correctly explained by the sales person who's main goal is to push the sales. I have made all my payments on timely matter missed one payment that was past 30 days which they reported to credit report and affect my score. Los productos, me encantan y no me importa pagar lo que tenga que pagar, pero lo que es el área de servicio es al cliente, doy cero son muy groseros y tan sólo porque les dije que era un poco caro el filtro para el agua no les gustó la forma en que lo dije, y dijeron que me habían cancelado mi cuenta que hiciera lo que hiciera no la iban a reabrir me parece un poco grosero del área de atención a clientes hacia sus clientes, hay un supervisor que se llama Alejandro y él sabe toda la historia. Servicio horrible. Compre un filtro para el sink de mi cocina y ahora no sale agua del sink. Hemos pedido que vengan a revisar el filtro para arreglarlo pero nunca vienen y ahora no contestan llamadas. :(

Realmente no estoy satisfecha con la plancha que compr. Esta pega las arepas desde el da cero. Me dijeron que fue mal uso y ahora est por fuera quemada. No entiendo. Me dicen que no se puede cambiar. Realmente no estoy satisfecha.

Ustedes no me an puesto en el reporte de crdito todos los pagos todo lo que les e comprado ,casi 9 aos. Son unos mentirosos

I regret doing business with them. They constantly call you to tell you they have a gift for you and want to stop by for 10 minutes. In reality they only give you a gift if you purchase something while they intrude for hours, not the 10 minutes they say. I've been making my payments on time (and more than the required amount) for over a year, and the one time I fell behind due to an emergency, they have been harassing me with phone calls emails and even sent a "rep" to my house to bully me and harass me for a payment.
