Royal Prestige neither safeguards nor protects the personal information of its customers; they allow new salespeople to have access to it. These new distributors and salespeople are predatory and deceitful100% NEGLIGENT. I have spent nearly a month trying to return products that I never even opened, and absolutely no one is resolving the issue for me. THEY ARE NOT COMPLYING WITH WARRANTY AND RETURN LAWS. It is the worst company in existence.

This company is such a scam. They have sales people that come to your house and offer products at a certain price and also offer free products. Once you receive the bill, it is triple the amount they said it would be. The sales person gave a number to reach them at if we needed to but have never been able to get a hold of him. Customer service is another issue. This company is dreadful and operates as a scam. They create billing complications that result in you paying more, and then three months later, they charge you three times the amount. They target Hispanic customers and deceive them regarding the policy. They build customer trust only to exploit it later. You are not allowed to access your own account to review your payments. Horrible company to work with, their sales people are thieves who take any possible advantage and they do not honor there warranty. I purchased a vortex blender with them for over 1K and now it stopped working, I paid to send it in to them and now they are saying it works but it does not work.......DO not waste your money with them

Sellers promised lifetime warranty to their products but never told that if the products gets inspected and decided the damage is negligent then they wont replace the items . The products are over priced and dont last what they said it does . My products came defective since I bought them . I dont recommend the products at all . If I ever get a call from one royal prestige seller I will hang up the phone right away. I still paying for 2 products I dont use at all . Very unhappy customer. The product is excellent, but the service is poor. the people selling the product no offer follow up. They shy away after the sale.

Tengo productos de más de 20 años últimamente. La calidad de royal prestige es completamente deficiente!! He estado enviando productos en devolución en garantías los últimos 3 años, devolviendo una y otra vez los productos, el plástico, los sartenes, todo completamente de mala calidad y absolutamente caros, carisimos!!no lo recomiendo en absoluto
