New service has not been picked up in three weeks. We started the service and placed the cans at the road the night before scheduled pick up on friday. The cans sat all day and that eveing we called and they told us to leave them and someone would come by and get them. Saturday morning they were still full. we left them as instructed an received a call on sunday saying they would be picked up monday. They have missed picking up our garbage again. Sometimes they say that it is because our garbage was not out even though I put it out the day before. I think that its because we are the only one on the street And the truck driver does not want to come down our street. We will be changing to another company on Monday
Ive had bad experiences with rumpke for awhile. But this last month has been horrible. Theyve broken my garbage can that I have to replace. My garbage can is thrown all over. I am woken up at 2-2:30 every Thursday morning. This has been going on for a few years. Im fed up with them and they really dont care. Ive called twice now with no resolving the issue. Now I am taking videos at 2:30 am and pictures of my garbage can thrown around. Republic here I come after 40 yrs with rumpke.

Very poor service-several missed pickups and the response is always they will be back out in 24-48 hours to pick it up. This time they did not come back out. We pay for trash pick up and should not have to call repeatedly due to their drivers not doing there job. I would not recommend
The most unprofessional, untruthful company I have ever dealt with. Everyone lies , does not follow up from customer service to supervisors. I will research all options to publicize the poor quality of the management of this organization. To be clear this is not regarding the individuals who pick up the trash but everyone we dealt with in management!!!
Rumpke doesn't deserve any stars. They missed picking up the trash several weeks. When the billing cycle was over I switched companies but I let them know I wasn't continuing the service. They later sent me a bill stating I owed them more money. They sent the statement to bill collectors immediately. I sent the form back to dispute the money due within the time frame given. Very poor customer service, our original trash collection was with ***** Hauling which I have used for the past twenty some years. They were not perfect but always returned if they missed a pick up. I have always paid them one year in advance mostly for my convenience. Earlier this year they were purchased by Rumpke and I have had nothing but frustration over missed pick *** since. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After months of issues from Always putting my can in the middle of the enterence to my drive way and me having to stop in the road and get out to move it, to them tagging my trash saying it's to far from the road (remind you they walked to put the tag on the can and it's always in the exact same spot 2 -3 ft from the road and last no not least their employe literally did a 360 spin and chucked my trash can in my driveway after I called and complained about the can in the middle of the driveway.
