HORRIBLE!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! The trash pick up is HORRIBLE...the customer service is HORRIBLE. Since Rumpke took over our trash service we have had NOTHING but problems. Missed pick ups, trashcans being thrown in the yard, trashcans being thrown in the street, trash being left in the road, cans that are not emptied. We have had to call customer service just about every week since we have had the service and they are rude and no help at all...not even an apology. I have been the volunteer caretaker of the *********************** at ******************************************************************** for the past 35 years. We have had a contract with Rumpke for weekly trash collection at the cemetery for years. However, over this entire period, Rumpke has missed collecting our trash at least twice EVERY month. What a lying group of pathetic individuals. No one knows what is going happening. Typical "Waste Management" operation.
We have been customers for our home and business for over 10 years. We recently moved our business and ordered a dumpster for our new location. After two weeks and still no delivery we called and talked to Steve Atkinson who is our local guy. He stated that they never processed the order, emailed me the paperwork again. They simply dont pick up my trash regularly. The company refuses to issue me a refund for the full time period they did not perform their service. If given an option i strongly recommend against using this service.
I had called to cancel my services May 13, 2022, last pickup 5/26/2022. I have an email of confirmation dated 5/13/2022 that services would be cancelled for June July and August, and to disregard payment in the amount of $110.57. however, on 5/29/2022 they still took it out! They did not pick up their trash can until the week of June 13TH. I have made several calls to get my refund back with no success! Don't use auto pay with this company. They showed I was paid up month after month, then decided I was behind and billed an additional 2 months. So they charged 3 months payment to my card in one month. Without giving me notice or explanation.
I have been with rumpke for over sixty years and have always paid my bill ahead of time,here lately they have failed to pick up my trash every couple of weeks and I call they say it will be picked up in the next 24 - 48 hours and week later it still hasn't been picked up, I don't think the drivers Care one way or another, so I cancelled my service with them, the people in the office will tell you anything
Accounting/billing inadequacies. Canceled my service in February. Still getting charges in June.
