I can't say enough about how great Ryan was to work with! Buying a new home wound up buying a nightmare on the sellers side. It was one thing after another. Skeptical at first because like many Loan Agents that blow you up as soon as you enter your information that your loan hunting, Ryan reached out when I was home loan shopping. When we finally found a home and our offer was accepted I reached back out to Ryan who patiently waited and occasionally checked to see if I had any questions. It also helped that he pretty much guaranteed to beat any competitors at pricing, with NO FEES, and Lower Rate. Ryan was awesome! From start to finish the loan process went smooth. This is the second home I have purchased and this time was way easier than my first which was with a large bank. Ryan answered any questions promptly and took time to explain his answer. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a loan. When I went to closing, the closing agent made a comment that this is the best rate she has seen in a long time. And I even got a credit!

I worked with Ryan Pichardo and his team on a VA loan that seemed to generate new paperwork each day of the process. I live half way across the country from them, and they were so responsive that I'm convinced they never sleep. My realtor was a bit skeptical of using an out of state lender but in the end noted that it was one of the smoothest closings she had experienced. Working with Ryan Pichardo exceeded our expectations. Ryan was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. At first we were a little skeptical about using an out of town lender, but their rates and service beat anyone locally. Ryan always responded in a timely manner, answered calls, even after hours and on weekends. Everything Ryan explained to us up front was true to word, and we even closed on our home earlier than expected.
