Extremely competitive rates. My realtor commented how good they were and even said her normal banker said they were great. Ryan was awesome to work with. We needed things done fast and he came through on his promise and this was even with a VA loan which can be slow. Again my realtor was impressed with him in this as well. He kept us informed through out the process and was easy to get a hold of even after normal bankers hours. I would highly recommend using them if you are doing a VA loan.

Ryan randomly emailed me about refinancing my home loan and I was skeptical because he works for the bank that owns the bank who holds my note. It seemed like a scam because it was a zero cost refi and the email had a screenshot of my mortgage statement. Intrigued enough by the email, I called him. He is super smart and efficient.
