Ryan Pichardo did an exceptional job. He was very upfront and honest. He achieved closing a VA loan in 30 days which is not an easy task. The final numbers were less than the loan estimate that was initially given. If I have future loan needs, I will not hesitate to give Ryan a call for his expertise and loan management skills.

Ryan Pichardo was the best mortgage lender I have ever worked with. Ryan was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and responses were lightning fast. First contact was 11 January. Cash in hand was 12 February. Lowest APR of any vendor I found and reasonable fees. Great contact and zero drama as I was in the loop the entire time. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

I was very impressed with Ryan Pichardo and Home Direct. This was by far the easiest and fastest refinance I've ever done. From his first contact, all the way through settlement, Ryan walked us through the process and was always there to answer our questions. We completed our re-fi in about a month, with a 30 year fixed rate that was outstanding. The process was painless and far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Ryan and Home Direct to anyone!!
