Ryan was excellent during origination. He was responsive, explained everything clearly, and offered a relatively competitive rate. He also suggested, after consulting his colleague, that our loan could be retained at Mutual of Omaha for at least a couple of years or until refinancing to prevent problems associated with the sale of servicing.
