We have worked with Ryan and we had such an easy process refinancing our loan. At first, we were so scaptic to even start the process since we are based in the state of Michigan, but we took the chance and it was the best decision we have made at the end. We were told exactly the same information that appeared on our closing disclosure. Whoever is sceptic about this bank, don't be, you will not regret the experience and if you get Ryan as your mortgage banker, your process will be much easier.

He always responded to questions promptly, explained every detail of the loan process, and helped us work through some rather unique circumstances related to our loan. He is very knowledgeable. I have done numerous real estate transactions with BOKF handling my financial needs (both purchases and refinancing). Ryan Pichardo was the latest BOKF associate to assist me in a home purchase and he measured up to my high expectations. There are plenty of lenders who are willing to write you a mortgage but none as responsive and caring as Ryan and others at BOKF.

We wanted to close our load as quickly as possible so we could get out of temp housing, which was tough on our toddler, and therefore us. Ryan worked diligently to get it done and we closed our VA loan in 24 days. If that's not a record, it is close to it.

When I first looked into the loan process. I wasn't sure I wanted to refinance. Ryan was the only loan officer that could give me estimates on rates from the first email communications we had with him. Other lenders wanted us to call first or to apply first. I would recommend Ryan to anyone without hesitation.

Ryan and his team at BOKF were truly impressive. To be honest, I had a lot of concerns about working with an "unknown" internet lender, but I figured I should at least check some rates beyond those of our local lenders and the "big" names like Quicken. BOKF had competitive rates, much better than the "big" banks and on par with some of our credit union offers.
