My wife and both work and have four kids so the only time that we could discuss refinancing our house was after the kids were in bed or on the weekends. It didn't matter what day or what time though, Ryan was very responsive to our calls and answered all of our questions and broke things down so we could understand them. If I refinance this home again or purchase a new home, I will call Ryan first.

Ryan was able to get our rental property (a condo) refinanced to a lower rate and we had been told it would be very difficult by other lenders due to it being a condo and also not our primary residence. He accomplished it with no problems at all. Many thanks!!!!!!
