This was the second time we have used Ryan Pichardo to refinance a property, and in both cases he was a true professional. We just recently used Ryan to refinance a rental property. The process was very smooth (again) from start to finish. I refinanced with Ryan Pichardo the first time, and everything went fairly smoothly. I got concerned as rates went up, but they honored their initial quote and even extended the lock period when necessary. Everything was cool, but I did worrie. I recently refinanced again with Ryan and was it was relax knowing Ryan had my back. The final paperwork was as initially quoted. Great deal! No sweat! I would recomend him to anyone!!

I was dubious about getting an online VA loan as my realtors wanted me to use a local company that they were familiar with. But I saw great recommendations for Home Direct and ended up talking with Ryan. He worked with me on two loans. The first time, the seller pulled out, and if I had listened to Ryan and followed his advice I don't think he would have. But instead I went with the realtor's advice and lost the deal.
