The worst. They misdiagnosed a family members dog. Told him the dog had a fatal disease when in fact he did not. Probably did this just to order more tests and increase their bill. Never buy your meds there. They are gauging you with their prices. Never on time for appointments. My dog used to bark like crazy when they had that stupid bird and they wouldn't even let us into an exam room to reduce the noise and stress of everyone around. They were a nice local business that has gotten arrogant and full of themselves.
Its time to find a new vet. Although Dr Sabatini is excellent and gives great care to his patients, the rest of the office is unprofessional. The senior partner is arrogant. The front desk is run by 3 immature secretaries that don't have respect for the clients (I witnessed one covering the phone laughing about a client during the phone call).
