First time I have used this service. Have to continue to evaluate. Not finished with services yet.
I didn't have a good customer service experience. There was no call ahead for the initial appointment and it was missed entirely and my window closed because I had to go to work. There was no 30 minute call ahead for the second appointment that was scheduled. It was more like a 5 or 10 minute heads up before they showed up. The tech had no notes in terms of what my issue was and was prepping for insects when my problem was rodents. I wasn't impressed with the reviews.
We hired them to catch the critter getting into the attic but over the two week period of the contract they didn t catch it. Had them come back to put a temporary mesh over the probable entry point and take away the trap. Not sure what we ll do if we still hear the critter again since we would have to start over with another pre-paid contract with them if we used them. This was just our experience, can t speak for others.

Hired initially to catch a skunk which included 2 weeks of follow up service. A skunk was caught on the first night—thus one star. They sent a different tech every other day. One set trap with rat poison. Another tossed the poison by my shed instead of disposing of it properly. Another tech didn’t know how to set the trap. The trap was removed with six days remaining on the contract. We still have skunks living under our shed. People on the phone were argumentative. Long waits to reach a human on the phone. The tech showed up at the time she said she'd arrive. She thoroughly looked at the areas of probable infestation and efficiently placed traps etc.

I hired them to remove some wasps on Saturday and they talked me into a 2 year contract. I called them on Wed to cancel the contract and they refused. I asked to have a manager call me back and no one has responded.
