Check for rodents in attic. Tech did not go into the attic but poked his head up and shined his flashlight. Had to tell him to turn around and look at the other side. He found no signs of anything. A few days later, got a high-pressure call to come out and set traps as well as ongoing service. Tried to get a word in edgewise several times before finally yelling STOP three times. This company has a horrible booking service. I had hired this company for a couple of services, and then when I made known that the service was no longer needed, they continued to come out and do unmerited outdoor work. And then wanted to charge me for a full amount, in spite of not having doing work inside of the house. BE READY WHEN YOU WANT TO CANCEL SERVICE: All I wanted to do today was cancel my service. Sounds simple right. I guess they have a hard cancel tactics in place. I could not believe that NO ONE was available to cancel my service by phone. They said it had to be a Supervisor and they were all in a meeting. I said go get one out of the meeting and help a customer. The person on the phone said no.. that she would put me on a list and they might be able to get back to me today but no promise.... We had a pocket gopher invade our back yard, and dug several holes. Edge came out, set traps, and they were gone! We also set up a quarterly service for pest control, and since the service began, we have seen a lot fewer spiders and wasps even with the warm fall and winter that we are having.

Was shading about their contracts. Still have huge issue. 1st tech didn't know where to put bait box, when question b/c dog ate it he played dumb. 2nd tech was better but even talked about how bad first tech was. NO PRIOR NOTICE TO SERVICE except as tech was en route on a Saturday. Had to change plans on the fly b/c of lack of notice. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE when you call. Not results and service oriented. Just wants your money.

Non local company focused on sales and getting into a year long agreement rather than listening to your needs and handling those . ItÂ’s a sales pitch and not customer service oriented . After calling to tell them they performed the wrong service, they told me I would be refunded. Here we are 2 months later and they still wont refund me. Instead they keep calling me trying to get me to sign up for their year program and accept the apology. I had to take a phone call at the exact moment when the gentleman arrived at my home. I didn?t receive a call prior to alert me he was coming, and it was pretty clear he wasn?t going to wait. The call was incredibly important, and of a medical nature so I couldn?t ask them to call back. The man swept through my house, told me it was very clean and he didn?t see any problems. hired them due to the fact we found a hole in the outside wall and needed to eliminate pest that had managed to get inside the house. first visit went rather well. after making sure the guy who came out understood that service was for inside we get charged for a follow up visit with the person checking the outside traps. no actual contact was made with home owner and NOTHING was done on the inside, you know the entire reason for hiring them in the first place. highly disappointed with them as a company and their lack of comm... read more

Be sure to get clarity on the cost of the services beforehand. I don't feel this company was upfront about costs (i.e., instead of paying for a single home visit, I was told that the cost would be several hundred dollars including multiple visits to ensure the problem didn't persist). I ended up getting the service done, but I was not happy with the lack of communication upfront about what the services would cost me.
