Did not solve the problem. Canceled the service in May and they continued billing despite multiple phone calls. Service was not effective at solving the problem. Would not recommend them!
Mouse traps were set in various places and poison set outside. Serviceman told me that a manager team member would come to my home to check his work the following week. Did not come, nor did I hear from them. Still have mice. Looks like they are coming in under the fridge. Supposed to check the house once per month. Not sure what to expect from them.

hired them for quarterly visits and will come inbetween visits for additional treatments if we notice an increase in spiders and centipedes for no additional charge. We live next to a lake and there has been ridiculous insects in the warmer months. This year, saw insect numbers drop significantly, will be keeping service going.

We have had 3 people here over a bee problem that was sprayed x2 and still not fixed. Also feel like we should not have signed up for a year of services. The guys coming are very young, one only 4 months working. Does not inspire confidence.

They did a great job on the issue that I was having. However, I only wanted them for rodent control. I ended up with a full 2 year pest control service even after I told them at the outset that I had already pre-paid another provider for bug control. I am hoping that they will work with me to resolve the problem of having overlapping service. They were not able or willing to work with me on only providing the services that I needed. I thought by hiring a pro they would do something more than set a few traps. I've already done THAT much myself. But after a little more than a week the pros traps have only caught one mouse/mine have caught two. But hey... I had to give them a try. At least they were friendly and very likeable.

I have only dealt with them for the last 24 hours, but it was absolutely awful. I set up the mosquito and home pest control. They were supposed to come out and spray this morning as long as I electronically signed the service agreement. First, I was sent the wrong service agreement twice.
