So far not real happy. They came quickly which was appreciated, but so far product not doing what we had hoped.
Hired them to come out and spray for spiders in my basement then they would come back in a month or so to do it again to kill spiders that were eggs the 1st time. They required my credit card before they would come out. Kid shows up and has me sign/initial stuff on his iPad. Finished in about 30 minutes. a week later we still have spiders in basement. When I called the back, I talked to a person, not voice response system. They sent someone out the same day. They are more expensive than my old company, but I switched for a reason. Iâ m willing to pay a little extra for good customer service.

They up charged $100 a month to kill voles, no evidence it worked. I asked them to tell me when they were coming so I could leave the back fence unlocked. Instead they left notes either claiming they did the yard even though they didnt have access or that they couldnt get access so they couldnt do it, without letting me know they were coming over. Edge Pest Control came over to take care of a mouse problem I was having in the winter. They charge me a lot for just resetting traps but I don?t think I saw anymore mice. Three months later they came over and charged me for another checkup which I did not know about. I called customer service and they said I was locked into a year long contract. I told them I just wanted the mice taken care. Customer services told me I would have to buy myself out of the contract. Will not be doing business with them again.
