From the moment I was connected to this company I felt like a number/quota for them. In the first phone call I was transferred 3 times and they were more concerned about me signing up for their 9 service agreement. I said I didn't want that as I'd never used them so why would I want to lock in for that long. They then mentioned their "renters" 5 service treatment and I agreed to that. I was under the impression I would be able to get someone to come out and look at the bee situation before telling me what they could do and price. What happened is I spoke with a representative that DID NOT come out and basically called me an idiot for saying I had a bee problem when HE knew it was probably wasps. It is a terrible company with horrible customer service!!! I was told that this product would be fine for the beehives I have in my yard. The Tech came out and laughed at that and said it was going to kill my bees. I asked to cancel since I was getting contradictory information and didn't want their product to kill off my bees. Was not satisfied with work, hey put traps out and they are nowhere to be found. I was put into a contract I was not aware of. I wanted to cancel they wouldn't allow me to speak with a manager they said someone was going to come out to fix the problem but no one came.

We had another service put down too much ant bait and killed our dog. This service was soliciting in the area and my spouse made an emotional buy since it was a week earlier that the dog died. This service is poor and over priced. They have consistently lied to us. We canceled and minutes later we get a 1 day delinquency email threatening 50% balance increase and put into collection agency. I can't say that for the price, the Edge service company is working for my benefit or against it. It seems to have produced more ants and wasp from what I had before. I can't really say the rodent treatment problem has any benefit either, as I have had to call the Health Department and they have performed a better job. It is very pricey for the services performed for only servicing the outside. I have paid for less pricey companies and had a better outcome. I hope I'm not in a contract, as this will need to be negotiated!!!
Even though we haven't caught the mole yet, this company is very persistent.

When speaking with the rep on the phone about all their plan options they push and push for a year long non-refundable contract(at around $100 a month). When asked (multiple times) if they had a shorter service he finally told me about a $300 one time visit. I said aftet the service guy checks out our "situation" I would like to decide on an appropriate plan together. Well service rep came out.
