The serviceman and his service was excellent. The office was a nightmare. Charged twice then corrected. Since multiple service people none aware the other was coming. Very aggressive at first . I wanted a bid and some information but wouldn't do it without signing up with them. Haven't caught any moles yet

I was made to sign a one year contract with the company before they would perform the work; however, I was told on the phone that I wouldn't have to sign up for it the first visit, only if I wanted subsequent visits. I was also told the insect fee was separate from the rodent fee, but again, when they arrived to do the work I was informed that it was all included.

Had them come out and place a trap due to a raccoon in the attic. The guy that came out seemed timid or afraid to place the trap and didn't place the trap anywhere near where the raccoon had nested. They were to come back every two days to check the trap but didn't come until I called to complain 10 days later.

The first serviceman that came to remove or kill the infestation of yellow jackets, Was not very confident, and also was allergic to wasp/bee stings. Didn't even have a"bee" suit if needed. He did half/XX spray, but since no bee suit didn't want to get too close. And I am not sure what really killed the pests. I found after ,some larger critter (racoon or possum) had dug the nest out . This is a deceptive company! They are more than cordial in setting up the service, but mis-leading in that they tell you it's a quarterly extermination service, but it is really for 5 times per year, not 4. The initial service was done by 2 very young, polite young men who did not seem all that knowledgeable about exterminating, especially the young man who actually did the work. They are very quick to get out, but they promised to be aggressive about monitoring bait boxes and refilling them . I had the impression they would be following up with me, but now I am starting to think I will be the one who has to follow up with them. That is a bit disappointing.

We have a baby. They worked us into the schedule so that the baby wouldn't be bitten any more. The man who came out did a thorough job and our flea problem has greatly settled down. We still have 2 more treatments to totally eliminate the problem.`
