We had a bad rat problem. I was told we wouldn't be hearing anymore rats in a few days. I laughed to myself because I didn't believe it. However a week later, we really aren't hearing rats. I am really shocked.

Be advice that they may have to come out several times to treat your problem and they charge each time. Budget accordingly.

We come out quarterly but offer unlimited free re-services in between your normal schedule, if needed. Feel free to take advantage of those re-services if anything pops up.

The technician that arrived the first time was not prepared for the environment we have. He had no ladder, no flashlight, and no staples for the staple gun he was going to use. This took another visit, by another technician, to get the initial work done. I am not sure why the main office asked all the questions on the interview call. That information was not passed on to the technician. We'll have to see how they do going forward, because they have me "locked" into a 1 year contract.

If you have a rodent problem and they have managed to enter your home, you will continue to have the problem because this service does NOT seal your home. I canceled my contract with the 3 day allowable time frame. I ended up paying $150.00 and they wanted to pick up their traps. Juan guaranteed my problem would be dead in 3 days. When I canceled my contract, the person on the phone was going to have a discussion with him. Not only that, they sent me a young inexperienced exterminator.

I've seen no noticeable change in the amount of pests. I still clean spiderwebs and find ants on a weekly basis.
