Overpriced and underdelivered. I needed a pesky rat taken care of immediately. We ended up catching it ourselves because they were out of traps 2 weeks in a row.

Their record keeping was abysmal. I hired them to do a quarter long pest project for a rental I own. After over one hour on the phone when they showed for service they had the wrong address, wrong billing address, an incomplete contract, and demanded that I pay for a year's worth of service when during the original phone conversation I made it crystal clear I did not want that much service because we were tearing the building down in 3-4 months. They explained their process and say that they’re 99.9% percent confident that they’ll catch the rat the first time they set the traps. I must be a member of the 0.1% club because the rat is still alive and well running around my attic and upstairs. Every time Edge techs need to come out and bait/set the traps, I have to miss work to be here and let them in. I hope it doesn’t take the entire year of the service contract I had to sign to get rid of the rat.

updated review - 9/28/2018 After recently posting my first review of this company I was contacted by Morgan in the customer service department. She asked about my experience and apologized for what happened. She also pointed out that I had cancelled my contract with Edge in February of 2017 and with a hefty penalty. She wanted to know if there was anything she could do to make up for the bad experience and listened further to what happened. I wasn't satisfied with how they were trying to figure out where the wasps were coming from, and it seemed that the pest control person had no idea. Nevertheless, he did do all the procedures they usually do, spray inside, then outside. After he left, I still saw wasps coming into my condo. I called them, and they said it should take about a week for their product to work through. That was a very unsatisfactory answer, and I may not wait for a week if wasps will still keep coming in.
