The person that they sent out was unprofessional and unprepared. He did not bring his own ladder or flashlight. The evaluation that he did was not true.
Try to get contract agreement 2 years first only phone call after try to get appointment that even not do any work yet we do not like that but technician did good job.

I feel like I was scammed. Rushed into a contract for 4 more "treatments" of something that does not work.

They would only work for me if I signed up for a yearly plan, nothing less. I was in a tight spot because I had another contractor here and didn't want to slow down his work waiting for someone else. This company was the only one listed.
I don,t like the service, the person that showed up to do the work was average. I did not like the way he handled my account, it asked me to rate the service and I marked satisfied and he change it to very satisfied which was wrong. I will never contract this company again and never recommend them to anyone
came in few hours and got rid from the wasps
