Many missed appointments, no contact, after continued treatment (now 3 years in) more and more bugs keep finding their way into my house. Just yesterday I killed a scorpion, black widow, and a wolf spider. We have been trying to work with them for the last 6 months, but they are not living up to their promises, or their past performance which was supreme (2 homes over 7 years).

Set up traps for a rat - it worked! I called them the next day to see what happens next - they never returned my call. While pricey, this charge is average for a one time service

This was for the sale of a duplex. We just needed an inspection and certificate stating there was no rodent activity. It was very expensive. There were spelling errors on the document. Several attempts to contact the company and no return contact was made.

They came to my house on a weekend right away. The ants are gone. I absolutely HATE the two year subscription. Once it's over, I will never be a repeat customer.

Extremely overpriced to have someone come walk around the exterior once a month. The technician didn't even bring his own ladder. He also tracked dirt into the house. I tried to cancel but they want to charge me over $1,000 to stop services. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I told the guys that we had rats in our downspouts, and the neighbors has just evicted a bunch of rats. I figured someone would go under our house and really check things out. With flashlight in hand he knelt down and just looked around. Then set 5 traps around the outside of the house. Now we wait 5 weeks and see. We still hear rats in the downspout.
