Extremely unprofessional they didn’t let is cancel cuz they counted Saturday as a business day DANIEL DUFFY is the salesperson. He lie about canceling days and that he would help me do it. We call corporate and we’re put on hold for hours. They are making us pay now the whole three years. I had a great installer but afterwards the customer service was lacking. Melissa Balderas did not due update my account with my new card number ever after speaking to her on the phone and giving her authorization, and now my service is cancelled and I'm in collections! I will NOT recommend your company to anyone! The one star is only for the salesman and the installer.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There system did not work for my home, I was robbed under their surveillance due to a malfunctioning system. They have sent countless techs to come and fix the system, who never can fix it, constant miscommunication with ADT. The fee to break the contract is a whopping $1,000 and they refuse to honor the contract which says if they cannot guarantee the security system to work within the first 6 months they will cancel your contract; BUT THEY WILL NOT DO IT. DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I SPENT $3000 FOR A ALARM SYSTEM AND 72 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR THEN TO NOT WORK WHEN I NEEDED IT TOO. MY TRUCK WAS BROKEN IN TO AND IT DIDN'T CATCH ANYTHING. I CALLED THEM A WEEK BEFORE AND HAD THEM FIX THE DOORBELL CAMERA BECAUSE IT STOPPED WORKING ON THE APP. YOU COULD SEE EVERYTHING BUT IT DIDN'T RECORD ANYTHING. Myles Krieger, the "senior account manager" is absolutely worthless; not to mention very awkward to talk to on the phone. He pressured me into a system with more requirements than I needed (although I am fully aware that is his job). Once I asked for a different package, he neglected to change it in the system.
