Safe Haven was exuberant in their customer service when they wanted to secure my business. Once I signed on, I have had unending technical and customer service issues. The sales rep and technician who set me up have both since left the company, leaving behind empty promises and unauthorized charges, technical failures, false alarms, etc. I will never again get ADT security.

Buyer beware! Scam!!
NEVER buy adt alarm! Since ive had it for the first few months i tried to cancel due to malfunctions and they kept sending a tech. Tech came over 4 times already. 1/5 tech or representative from either safe haven or adt wasnt helpful at all. Most tech who came in dont even know hown to fix the system. We even got the system replaced. Since i had a contract i still owe 1000 to cancel so i would have to keep using a malfunction system, but i tried to cancel before 3 months because it wasnt working. Extremely unprofessional they didn’t let is cancel cuz they counted Saturday as a business day DANIEL DUFFY is the salesperson. He lie about canceling days and that he would help me do it. We call corporate and we’re put on hold for hours. They are making us pay now the whole three years. When sensors are already falling off our windows they even didn’t put one sensor on another window please make sure same problem don’t happen to you all they want isn’t your money. I had a great installer but afterwards the customer service was lacking. Melissa Balderas did not due update my account with my new card number ever after speaking to her on the phone and giving her authorization, and now my service is cancelled and I'm in collections! I will NOT recommend your company to anyone! The one star is only for the salesman and the installer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There system did not work for my home, I was robbed under their surveillance due to a malfunctioning system. They have sent countless techs to come and fix the system, who never can fix it, constant miscommunication with ADT. The fee to break the contract is a whopping $1,000 and they refuse to honor the contract which says if they cannot guarantee the security system to work within the first 6 months they will cancel your contract; BUT THEY WILL NOT DO IT. Safehaven is a Scam
DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I SPENT $3000 FOR A ALARM SYSTEM AND 72 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR THEN TO NOT WORK WHEN I NEEDED IT TOO. MY TRUCK WAS BROKEN IN TO AND IT DIDN'T CATCH ANYTHING. I CALLED THEM A WEEK BEFORE AND HAD THEM FIX THE DOORBELL CAMERA BECAUSE IT STOPPED WORKING ON THE APP. YOU COULD SEE EVERYTHING BUT IT DIDN'T RECORD ANYTHING.
