So this customer service is a joke, they bounced me around for over an hour to 5 different people for the same issue and on top of that failed to even schedule me for what they still owed me as a service. On the initial day of install they did not have a doorbell camera and smoke detector that I had already purchased with the plan, which they billed me 1 and a half months on the front end, which is fine. I wish my experience was a good as everyone else's. Its been a month now my system is finally up and going however, there was damage to my home that has been done. I am not having the inconvenience of having to have 3 bids done. Wilson was great in helping. Everyone is kind but the hassle of over a month worth of issues. Makes me wish I would gone with another company. ADT 5 stars. Safe haven you have work to do.

Beware! These guys quoted me,$29./month with a three year contract, over the phone but when the installers come they over sold their products by saying that the basic coverage doesn't cover it all. I ended up with about $40+/month and now after several rate increases, not under my control, in the last two years, my current rate is $56.25/ month. I'm waiting for my contract to end and stop these rip-offs. I'm a Realtor and never refer my clients and tell them to stay away from ADT.

This is definitely the worst company ever!! Customer service is the worst!! We had a theft on our home, and they just didn’t care at all, to top it off their technician placed our camera upside down. Safe haven, only cares about taking people’s money, their manager is the rudest person! She screams over the phone and doesn’t have not a bit awareness of costumer service. She hung up the call on me. They literally just want your money. Don’t fall for these people, they are nice until you sign a contract with them.

First of all the agent Ms. Amber is a lier, she came to our house and whatever she said they will do it wasn’t done. No sign post outside, she never said we needed anything for the cameras. When the technician came to install it worked for the first 3 days and cameras were down then we have to call them back again to come check what was going on only to be told we need to buy something for the cameras and install it before they come to fix the cameras back again. Protect yourself from them! Shady company, I trusted them to come Install my smart home package that comes with the house “or so I was told”, they run my credit and signed me up for ADT monitoring system for monthly subscription, I got scammed basically. They assured me on the phone they are not signing me up for anything until the technician comes and offer that , well technician came today and said you’re all signed up already!

Would give safe haven less if I could. They have repeatedly lied to me and given me a run around. When all else fails they just quit responding. They are a ripoff. Started by saying I could have a ring doorbell. Then the tech said no I can’t. The very next day was at a home and garden show where adt had ring on display and said there is no reason you can’t. On Friday 1/3/2020 2 safe haven/ adt reps knocked on my door informing me that USAA let them know I was a new owner & May be interested in purchasing a security system. (I just moved in & was in the midst of unpacking-what a predatory move). They also stated that since I have homeowners insurance with USAA, I would be getting a refund from them and would not have to pay the monthly fee ($55 monthly). If I could give negative 100 stars I would. I've had a faulty piece of equipment for now 6 months and after service member after service member spending hours at my house "fixing" this issue....replacing, installing new technology to it, resetting it...usually spening 3 hours at a time! ...nothing has been resoved.
