Absolutely horrible customer service!! Would like to tell everyone to avoid this company at all costs!! In May, I spent $2000+ dollars getting my system installed with ADT/Safe Haven. Now having problems with part of the system (garage siren) and have now found out that these are definitely 2 separate entities, each trying to defer to the other. I've been having problems with Safe Haven since they installed my system. I paid over $2,000 on security equipment and half of it doesn't work. I called several times and no one has come out to fix the issue. The system is only two weeks old. Customer Service is awful. I will never use this company again!

Joe McKamey, representative for Metro Atlanta, came to our home unsolicited and would not wear a mask while interacting with our family. Blocked the doorway so that my son who was coming home was not able to enter the home. When interacting with me he used fear-mongering tactics to inform me that I NEEDED an ADT security system and that my current security system was an easy target for break-ins. Watch out EVERYONE! I have had the most terrible experience with these people. After I found out these systems are susceptible to the key fob break in entry from an tech guy that came by to work on something completely unrelated. They are essentially telling me I am stuck with this crap. Unlike the company that they deal for(ADT). They do not allow for cancellations without penalty prior to the 6 months. System hasn't worked since day 1. Called the next day and conveniently didn't hear back until after the 3 day warranty. Now I am paying for faulty equipment and service and no response from a manager (2 requests) to fix the issue. I would rather dump the service as the 2 technicians could not fix the problem.

Safe Haven Security installed our ADT security system in late February 2020. From March 2020 to July 2020, we have had probems with 2 different smoke detectors and one motion detector, requiring a technician to correct the problems with both of the smoke detectors. Unfortunately, the fire department was called for one of the smoke detector issues. At this point, we are considering an alternative security system to ADT and Safe Haven Security.

So this customer service is a joke, they bounced me around for over an hour to 5 different people for the same issue and on top of that failed to even schedule me for what they still owed me as a service. On the initial day of install they did not have a doorbell camera and smoke detector that I had already purchased with the plan, which they billed me 1 and a half months on the front end, which is fine. I wish my experience was a good as everyone else's. Its been a month now my system is finally up and going however, there was damage to my home that has been done. I am not having the inconvenience of having to have 3 bids done. Wilson was great in helping. Everyone is kind but the hassle of over a month worth of issues. Makes me wish I would gone with another company. ADT 5 stars. Safe haven you have work to do.

Beware! These guys quoted me,$29./month with a three year contract, over the phone but when the installers come they over sold their products by saying that the basic coverage doesn't cover it all. I ended up with about $40+/month and now after several rate increases, not under my control, in the last two years, my current rate is $56.25/ month. I'm waiting for my contract to end and stop these rip-offs. I'm a Realtor and never refer my clients and tell them to stay away from ADT.
