I sure hope you like being robbed! I've been with ADT for years, and Safe Haven is by far the worst one I've had the displeasure of dealing with. It all started well and good, I was referred to Ben, and we went over the contract and what was to be installed. Come installation, not only what was installed wildly different from my contract, but it quickly malfunctioned. I sure hope you like being robbed. I've been with ADT for years, but Safe Haven is nothing but trouble. It all started as you would expect, I was given Ben's contact information and we worked out the contract and installation. this was the only good experience. After installation of not only the incorrect sensors, but the sensors promptly malfunction and no longer work. At this point Ben is nowhere to be found, unresponsive to calls and messages. Worst it could be custuomer service and on top of that worst technician ever to deal with. No one is willing to help in first call you have to make multiple call to get things right. If i could i would give negative review.

Do not used this provider through ADT. The install was incomplete, never received the full service I paid for and now I have a cancellation fee.

Safe Haven's legal team recently responded to my review with the predictable, "Hey, you signed the contract. We can stick you with a ransom for wanting out." Being legal and being right are two different things. I truly, truly hope Karma's real. I'm trying hard to warn my limited sphere of influence away. Stay away, reader.

AVOID ADT AND ESPECIALLY SAFE HAVEN IF YOU VALUE YOUR INTEGRITY AND MONEY. My fiancé and I were duped into the new neighborhood scam and the misrepresentation became so intolerable we actually paid their hostage ransom to get out of our contract. It was almost $2000. And Safe Haven's rude reps would not hear negotiation or bad faith. It took two days and hours of calls just to break free. We are the typical targets … older, vulnerable and we … got taken. Do yourself a favor. Skip 'em. Learn from our error.

Gave 1 star due to 0 is not really an option. Salesman super smooth with lies during presentation, was told if something came up we could file for a hardship and they would allow to cancel w/o fees, we had no intentions of cancelling until my sister (we live together) fell into a cut back at work and became unemployed. The contract is in her name only and they will not allow us to cancel, and super rude about it at that! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t get anything from them. Don’t get ADT, they’re even worse to deal with. My alarm system has been going off randomly in the middle of the night and day for months. It’s terrifying and exhausting to deal with. It also won’t turn off when I put in my pin right away.
