Worst it could be custuomer service and on top of that worst technician ever to deal with. No one is willing to help in first call you have to make multiple call to get things right. If i could i would give negative review.
Do not used this provider through ADT. The install was incomplete, never received the full service I paid for and now I have a cancellation fee.
Safe Haven's legal team recently responded to my review with the predictable, "Hey, you signed the contract. We can stick you with a ransom for wanting out." Being legal and being right are two different things. I truly, truly hope Karma's real. I'm trying hard to warn my limited sphere of influence away. Stay away, reader.
AVOID ADT AND ESPECIALLY SAFE HAVEN IF YOU VALUE YOUR INTEGRITY AND MONEY. My fiancé and I were duped into the new neighborhood scam and the misrepresentation became so intolerable we actually paid their hostage ransom to get out of our contract. It was almost $2000. And Safe Haven's rude reps would not hear negotiation or bad faith. It took two days and hours of calls just to break free. We are the typical targets … older, vulnerable and we … got taken. Do yourself a favor. Skip 'em. Learn from our error.
Gave 1 star due to 0 is not really an option. Salesman super smooth with lies during presentation, was told if something came up we could file for a hardship and they would allow to cancel w/o fees, we had no intentions of cancelling until my sister (we live together) fell into a cut back at work and became unemployed. The contract is in her name only and they will not allow us to cancel, and super rude about it at that! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t get anything from them. Don’t get ADT, they’re even worse to deal with. My alarm system has been going off randomly in the middle of the night and day for months. It’s terrifying and exhausting to deal with. It also won’t turn off when I put in my pin right away. It’s as if it has to go off for at least 10min. Then another time it went off and the lady called me and said that I had set it off from control unit itself. Please make sure you see the fine print on the contract. I was told I could cancel or down grade at anytime and when I tried to make changes what was said was not true. Very disappointed.
Terrible company, terrible products with terrible customer service. I pay $80 a month for a non functioning security system with non working cameras. They will just blame your house and your wifi and tell you how all the other systems work so perfectly. Its something your doing wrong. They want over $1500 to get out of this terrible contract. Protect your money and your home, stay away from these scammers
We made an appointment with ADT to get our system serviced, as we had difficulty with the passcode. The rep came out and it was all about up-selling us on products. We explained that we had already chosen our products, and simply needed service for access. He was a broken record, not listening, and going back to his book to show us additional products and features. Very disappointing. And it turns out, two of our doors weren't even secured when ADT installed the system last year. I wouldn't recommend.
