They’re never on time and when they come they push their Deals on you and don’t fix the problem properly.
My experience with SafeHaven started off well. Getting connected and having the technician come out was great. My technician was awesome. Then a few weeks in, my alarm started going off for no reason. It kept saying my front door was opened, my front window was opened. The alarm would go off in the middle of the night, scaring my children and when we would go check, nothing was opened. I’ve called both ADT and Safe Haven. I can't give any stars because i am totally not satisfied with this service.. 1st they are not adt just monitored by them the equipment is cheep.. and they just threw my doorbell camera up and i can't open my door without struggling to get in or out because it blocks the door.. i have the real adt system at my other home and got a coupon for moving which offered more for my money and better equipment but to cancel will cost me 1000 dollars ....i am soooo unhappy with this service ....it was offered by my realtor at the clos... read more
We have had this system for 11 months and absolutely hate it. A burglar has 30 seconds to get into our house before the alarm system will start alarming. We tried calling customer service multiple time but they were not willing to give us an answer on how to change the setting or stating that there is no way to change the setting on the panel we have. I am so disgusted by this company and feel like every night when we sleep we are risking our lives to eventually get killed because the intruder has enough time to get into our... read more
This company is the worse 3rd party security company out there. Such nonchalant attitudes for customers that fall behind in trouble. I wouldn't recommend to any friends or family. If your looking for home security, go directly to the original co. Not this 3rd party RIP off.

I sure hope you like being robbed! I've been with ADT for years, and Safe Haven is by far the worst one I've had the displeasure of dealing with. It all started well and good, I was referred to Ben, and we went over the contract and what was to be installed. Come installation, not only what was installed wildly different from my contract, but it quickly malfunctioned. I sure hope you like being robbed. I've been with ADT for years, but Safe Haven is nothing but trouble. It all started as you would expect, I was given Ben's contact information and we worked out the contract and installation. this was the only good experience. After installation of not only the incorrect sensors, but the sensors promptly malfunction and no longer work. At this point Ben is nowhere to be found, unresponsive to calls and messages.
