Had such a great experience at Sam Ash. Needed a flute for my daughter. Was able get a nice used one for $225. They were so helpful explaining how to clean. We wondered around the store and tried other instruments. My son was able to try other instruments and feel in love with the drums. Such a great afternoon.
The sales associates were very helpful. They took the time to look up my guitar and offer me top dollar for it. Even though they are an hour and a half away, I will return in the future and do business again

Very helpful and friendly staff! Alejandro Ibanez was so awesome! and he is bilingual with English/Spanish which its pretty cool. You can find him at the drum section. Oh, and he is handsome too! 🤣
